New Jersey's Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) is committed to providing information and resources to all of New Jersey's families about the many grant, scholarship and loan programs available to the state's students.

This site is provided by the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority. Student loan guaranty agencies inform students and parents about their educational and financial aid opportunities, administer loans to borrowers and ensure they are aware of their repayment obligations and options, help preserve loan defaults at historically low levels and assist school and lender partners in the Federal Family Education Loan Program. Assistance for the site is provided by the National Council of Higher Education Resources, Inc. (NCHER).

HESAA provides students and families with financial aid and informational resources to pursue thier education beyond high school.  A comprehensive state financial aid authoirty with roots dating back to 1959, HESAA provides $1.6 billion in aid annually to assist New Jesey students in acheiving thier educational goals.
